Does this sound familiar? "If I can just make it to the next pay check..." Or how about, "If I can just make it through the rest of the day..." How often are we just trying to survive and make it through? The truth is we are not meant to survive. We are meant to thrive. Surviving is putting in maximum effort for little results. Thriving is putting in minimal effort and getting maximum results. God has given us all the tools we need to do just that. We call these the fruits of the Spirit. Stop surviving and start thriving.
It's important that we are strong in what we believe. But sharing that with others may be a waste if we don't know how to be gentle. The Bible shows us how to have a strong hand with a soft touch.
